Tivola sells mobile business to Trophy Games

As part of the restructuring of the Jumpgate Group, Hamburg-based Tivola Games is divesting its mobile business. The buyer of the free-to-play games is Trophy Games, which intends to pay SEK 8.2 million.

The Hamburg-based studio Tivila Games, which belongs to the Swedish Jumpgate, is parting with its mobile business. The Danish company Trophy Games has been found as the buyer and a corresponding agreement has been signed. Trophy Games is taking over the free-to-play titles from Tivola for SEK 8.2 million, the equivalent of around EUR 0.7 million. According to Jumpgate, the sales price exceeds the book value of the products.
