United Games label Inin and Kritzelkratz 3000 are working on an HD remake of Rainbow Cotton, scheduled for release in May. The title is an almost forgotten Dreamcast Cute'em up.
Inin and Japanese game developer Success are releasing an HD remake of Rainbow Cotton. Cotton is a series of shoot 'em up games that debuted in 1991 with Cotton: Fantastic Night Dreams. The original Rainbow Cotton was released in 2000 exclusively for the Dreamcast and only in Japan. It was a sequel to 1994's Panorama Cotton and the first 3D entry in the series. Despite being a rail shooter, it's called a cute 'em up to describe its look and feel.
