Riding out again: Aesir Interactive from Munich and Sleeprunner Studios from Bayreuth have officially announced the remaster of Windstorm: Start of a Great Friendship, although the project was already shown at GG Bavaria 2024. The game is based on the successful books and films. The remaster will be released on 20 June 2024 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC. This will be the title's debut on Xbox consoles.
